Culinary Argan Oil
The Argan kernels are slightly roasted before being cold-pressed. Through the gentle roasting and cold-pressing procedure, the oil keeps its essential components. Argan oil has more than 80% unsaturated fat acids (35% Omega-6).
Argan oil can be heated up 200 °C but we recommend to customers not to over do it, so as to keep all of its unique components, which could be altered by heating process.
Argan oil is best used for:- cold dishes like salads and desserts;
- fish, red meat, poultry.
- It is also good to add some flavour and give some aroma to pasta dishes, rice, potatoes or couscous
